For the launch of its new perfume, Valentino Uomo, Mazarine Mlle Noï has made a promotional film that brings the quintessential Parisian elegance of Louis Garrel to the charming streets and palaces of Rome.
In the role of a mysterious and carefree young Italian man, the actor plays with conventions and customs. Svelte, handsome and bohemian, he shows the rebellious, nonchalant side of the always supremely elegant Valentino man.
As in an eternal dolce vita, the film recounts the adventures and the games of seduction played by this elegant young man, in a story that hovers somewhere between fiction and documentary in the fantastic Roman setting.
The campaign is currently being shown on television, in the cinema, online and in the press.
Filmed in the Italian capital, the film is directed by Johan Renck. The publicity campaign is shot by David Sims.
